With us, you will find loving care and excellent support. In our warm and welcoming daycare center, your child can grow and thrive from the age of 3 months to 5 years. We are open all year round and welcome children of all backgrounds and ethnicities.

Admission Requirements

We make our selection carefully in order to form a harmonious group. We look to see if each child fits well into the group, with priority given to siblings and full-day children.

Registration Process

Start your journey with us with a visit. This way you can experience our daycare center, get to know our team and see the care we provide. You can make an appointment here.

After your visit, take your time to decide whether we are the right daycare center for your family. We are here to answer your questions.

Sharon checks every application personally and is happy to advise you. If we have a free place, we will confirm your child’s admission immediately. Otherwise, we will put you on our waiting list.

In order to complete your child’s registration carefully, we require a registration fee of CHF 300. This fee covers the costs for interviews, administration and administrative matters.

Daycare Acclimatization

The settling-in period is extremely important for the child, the parents and the childcare staff. The settling-in period gives the daycare centre, the child and the parents the opportunity to get to know the new environment, the group of children and the day-to-day life at the daycare centre.

A trusting relationship between child and carer should develop slowly. During the settling-in period, the child learns to integrate into the children’s group with the support of the parents and carer and to move around the daycare centre. 

The familiarisation period begins at the start of the contract and is always structured in the following steps:

  • Step 1:

    The process begins with a meeting between your family and our team.

  • Step 2:

    Separation phase.

  • Step 3:

    Stabilisation phase.

  • Step 4:

    Final phase.

The familiarisation period is individual and is always adapted to the child’s well-being. It is therefore flexible in terms of time and usually lasts at least two weeks. The child is only looked after in the crèche for a whole day once the final phase has been completed.

Pricing

We offer flexible childcare options that are tailored to your needs.

There is a sibling discount of 15 %. The childcare period is at least one full day.

Children up to 18 months

Children from 18 months

  • Fees for additional care days

    If available, children can be looked after in addition to the agreed days. These additional days must be discussed and confirmed in advance with the group leader. The costs for additional days will be charged separately at the monthly rate.

  • Subsidized daycare center - places

    We offer subsidized childcare places. Interested parents must submit a subsidy application to the Ministry of Education and Sport. It is therefore important to submit the application before registering.

Subsidized daycare

We offer subsidized childcare places. Interested parents must submit a subsidy application to the Ministry of Education and Sport. It is important to submit the application before registering.

Termination

Childcare can be terminated in writing with three months’ notice to the end of the month. If a child is removed from the daycare center without prior notice, the full fee for the notice period must be paid.

Notes on the termination

All conditions are set out in our contract, including a registration fee of CHF 300 on signing the contract. Absences, whether due to illness or vacation, will be invoiced. The childcare days agreed at the time of signing the contract form the basis for the monthly invoice. The costs for childcare are invoiced monthly in advance. In the event of changes to the childcare days, our General Terms and Conditions apply, which ensure clarity and fairness for all our families.

Contract amendments

Life is full of surprises, and we understand that situations may arise that require us to adjust our agreement. We are open to discussing contract changes to meet the changing needs of your family and your child.

In the event of an increase in care days

If you would like to increase the number of care days, we will adjust the contract accordingly. The change is based on availability in the group on the desired days.

In the event of a reduction in care days

If you wish to reduce the number of childcare days, please cancel the desired days, taking into account the notice period.
