Cooperation with the parents
Working with you as a parent is particularly important to us. We want to build a warm and trusting relationship to create a safe and caring environment for your child. We understand that placing your child in our care is a vote of confidence and that is why we value transparency, honesty and openness.
Daily interaction and exchange of information
Regular communication is important to us. We offer daily opportunities to share your child’s experiences and discuss any challenges. This ongoing communication allows for a deeper understanding of your child’s needs and behaviors.
Family Changes
Changes in family life can have an impact on your child. We encourage you to inform us of such changes so that we can support your child in the best possible way. We will also keep you informed about your child’s experiences at our childcare center so that we can better understand their development.
Annual Assessment
In addition to our daily meetings, we offer a formal assessment at least once a year on request to discuss your child’s progress in detail. Please let us know if you would like to arrange such a meeting.
Community Events
We organize events where parents have the opportunity to interact with each other and with our team to foster a strong sense of community. These include parents’ evenings and other meetings, which are communicated via letters to parents and notices.
